All Girls Can Be A Girl Scout

At every age level of Girl Scouting there are relationships to build, interesting trips to take, challenges to meet, worlds to discover, and places to grow together and have fun.

Girl Scouting focuses on a world of options. Girls can use the program to develop new interests, to discover new skills, and to take part in learning activities which range from camping and canoeing to cameras and computers.

What does it take to be a Girl Scout? It takes a belief in the Girl Scout Promise and Law, and a desire for adventure, learning and just plain fun.

All Adults Can Be Girl Scout Volunteers

Adult Girl Scouts are women and men who are age eighteen and above. They believe in Girl Scouting and its program opportunities for today's girls. Adult volunteers are the backbone of Girl Scouting.

Girl Scout volunteers ...

... serve as troop leaders who share their skills and time with girls, support leaders and assist at troop meetings, serve on the council board of directors or council wide task groups, donate short-term or one time assistance for special events or projects, use their skills to train girls and other volunteers.
