Faithful Planning is a six-month process led by a small group of key persons involving the entire congregation in praying and discerning God's call, gathering information about the congregation and the community the church seeks to serve, matching the congregation's gifts with the community's needs, developing a common sense of purpose and some goals for the future.

The end result of the Faithful Planning process is a congregation that knows who we are and what we're called to do, and how we're going to do it!
