Our group would like to:

Work in the pre-event

Come for the entire Pre-Event (arriving Wednesday night and staying through Saturday noon)
Come for part of the Pre-Event (select one of the options below):

arriving Thursday and work through Saturday
arriving Friday and work through Saturday;
work only Saturday.

Note: The cost of the trip will be adjusted depending on when you arrive.

For housing we will:

sleep on the floor of the church;
need rooms in the discounted hotel;
provide our own housing.

Transportation: Very limited transportation will be available for individuals and no transportation can be provided for groups.

Work during Assembly

Monday 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. (lunch provided for $5);
Tuesday 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. (lunch provided for $5).
