Objectives/Plan:

• Partner with NAPAD, Board of Church Extension (BCE), New Church Establishment (NCE), and Regions to determine a more specific plan of action.
• Determine ethnic group focus.
• Take these steps within the next two years.

Goal 2: Creating twenty churches through a nesting model

• Acceptance (clergy working within church)
• Support (not many women)
• Employment (not in NAPAD or church as whole) All areas relate to leadership (Laity & Clergy).

6. Involvement with regional church.
